Hunter Nieman
Vice President
Hunter is a business major with seven years' experience in the financial services industry. He is the father of two beautiful girls and has a strong relationship in the hospitality and Indian community. He believes in being an advocate for business owners who have put their life's work into their businesses. Hunter has developed lasting relationships with a variety of hospitality organizations and has been a helping them to achieve their financial goals.
David Guenette, Jr.
Case Design Director
The principal of the agency, with 20+ years of experience in the industry, David has developed relationships with the top agents who are most qualified to help in potentially reducing taxes and has helped put them and their talents to work for business owners. Dave was instrumental in helping to develop the Legacy Advantage Program. He understands the fundamentals of case design and has proven that the program not only works but has built futures for clients.

Dan Gomez
Agent
Dan Gomez is an insurance and financial consultant specializing in retirement, business, and estate planning, with a focus on the needs and goals of small to medium size businesses and their owners. He has been successfully working in the industry for 24 years. In the retirement planning arena, he offers clients unique non-qualified tax-free retirement alternatives. He also has extensive knowledge in qualified retirement plans, such as 401(k), IRA, and Roth IRA accounts.
Mr. Gomez also offers businesses employee benefits plans such as group health, dental, life, and disability insurance, and risk management business strategies. Mr. Gomez has been working the South Florida and foreign national insurance markets simultaneously since 1995. Helping expatriates establish businesses in South Florida and handling their insurance needs has given him valuable and diverse experience.
Mr. Gomez started his insurance career after graduating from the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Previously, he worked as a fire protection and loss prevention engineer for Industrial Risk Insurers and Factory Mutual Engineering (two of the largest commercial and industrial risk insurance consulting firms in the country). Several years later, his abilities led him to work as an underwriter analyzing industrial risks, but he wanted to be more directly involved with clients. He then decided a more exciting—and for him rewarding—career path.
Insurance and financial plan consulting became his passion and he has never looked back since. Born in Havana, Cuba, he has lived in seven different countries throughout South America, settled in the United States, and currently resides in Weston, Florida. Mr. Gomez is bilingual (he speaks Spanish and English) and is currently working to become a Certified Financial Planner.
